Terms of Service
The following commercial Terms of Service govern the standard business relationship between OÜ KovAEveod (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and the Client.
All physical logistics, transport, and relocation services are rendered exclusively upon the mutual execution of a clear, straightforward commercial agreement or an accepted project quotation detailing the specific scope of work, inventory volumes, and execution timelines.
The Service Provider operates on a highly transparent pricing model — utilizing standard hourly rates, volumetric measurements, or fixed project-based fees — which are explicitly communicated to the Client prior to the commencement of any physical operations.
To maintain absolute financial transparency, ensure mutual security, and adhere to standard corporate accounting practices, all financial settlements must be processed via standard banking channels. Payments are accepted strictly on the basis of formally issued commercial invoices, processed via SEPA bank transfers or other approved institutional fiat payment methods.
The Service Provider strictly engages in standard, physically verifiable service contracts, ensuring that all commercial engagements remain entirely straightforward, legally compliant, and easily auditable by both parties.
Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliance)
OÜ KovAEveod is fundamentally committed to the strict protection of Client data and operates in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all applicable European data privacy frameworks.
In the course of facilitating physical moving and logistics services, we collect only the minimal necessary personal information required to successfully execute our contractual obligations. This data is strictly limited to essential contact details, physical origin and destination addresses, and the necessary billing information required for standard financial invoicing.
We categorically do not sell, distribute, rent, or share Client information with unauthorized third parties, nor do we engage in secondary data monetization or profiling practices.
All data is securely processed and stored solely for the purposes of operational logistics coordination, standard tax accounting, and legal compliance.
Clients maintain the absolute right to request access to, modification of, or the complete erasure of their personal data from our systems at any time. All formal data subject access requests or privacy inquiries can be directed to our official legal address under our Estonian corporate registry code (17225772), where they will be processed promptly and professionally by our administrative team.
